Supportive Recovery Program

For women in early recovery who need more than a list of resources.

The Supportive Recovery Program (SRP) is a specialized 10-bed supportive recovery program for women 19 and older who are working through moderate to severe addiction or substance use concerns

The program runs at the Kackaamin campus in Port Alberni, and it offers something that most outpatient programs can't: a stable place to live while doing the work.

The 12 step program draws on both western and Indigenous approaches to healing, seen through a trauma-informed lens. The four Indigenous values of Belonging, Kindness, Cooperation, and Respect run through everything.
