Family Program

Restoring Balance: Grief & Loss

Short adult programs

Grief doesn't always look like grief. It can look like numbness, anger, addiction, disconnection, or just a heaviness that won't lift.

The Restoring Balance program addresses grief and loss specifically, including the particular weight of colonial trauma, the loss of language and land and family, and the grief that can accumulate across generations.

Participants are asked to refrain from any and all drug and alcohol use during programming. Healing will be based on Traditional culture and ceremony- participants’ need to have a clear mind and spirit to connect with the Creator and Ancestors.
